Find Medic is currently hiring for the position of Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) on behalf of one of our well-established clients.
About the Nursing Home:
Join our purpose-built nursing home designed to cater to the needs of older adults with both general and dementia-related nursing requirements.
Key Responsibilities as a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD):
- Maintain the highest standards of care, welfare, and safety for all residents.
- Perform physical and psychological assessments for new residents upon admission.
- Create personalized care plans for each resident.
- Regularly update care plans to ensure they are relevant and effective.
- Safely administer and accurately record medication.
- Maintain effective communication with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Oversee and support the performance development of care staff.
- Ensure efficient and well-planned rotas are in place.
- Adopt a person-centered approach, respecting the privacy and dignity of each individual.
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD):
Hold a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Active PIN or pending NMC PIN
Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Proficient in clinical skills such as PEG feeds, syringe drivers, tracheostomy, and wound care
