About the Role:
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to work in a variety of care settings, including:
✔ Care Homes
✔ Supported Living Services
✔ Residential homes
✔ Rehabilitation / Day centres
Your role will involve delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with different needs, including older adults, adult and young people with disabilities, and individuals with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
✅ Supporting individuals with mobility and daily activities
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support
✅ Helping with meal preparation and feeding where necessary
✅ Administering medication (if required)
✅ Ensuring the safety and well-being of service users at all times
About You

Requirements:
✔ Previous experience as a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant (6 months minimum)
✔ A caring and empathetic nature
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
