Swift Response - Reablement Support Worker (Nights) 9096 | Permanent contract | £23,727 to £25,289 per annum (Scale E) | 33.25 hours per week - Weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis. | St James’ Clinic, King’s Lynn

 

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays.

Shift Patterns:

Week 1: Tuesday 7am – 2:30pm, Wednesday 7am – 2:30pm, Thursday 2:30pm – 10pm, Friday 2:30pm – 10pm       

Week 2: Tuesday 7am – 2:30pm, Saturday 2:30pm – 10pm, Sunday 2:30pm – 10pm

Working with Swift Response, you’ll be on the frontline of Social care, responding swiftly to calls for support. Whether it’s assisting someone who’s had a uninjured fall, providing personal care, or helping someone regain independence after a setback, you’ll be making a real difference—every single shift.
