Job Description

As a Switchboard Receptionist you'll operate the Switchboard and cover the Reception area. 

Working hours - Monday-Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm

Qualifications

Your role as Switchboard Receptionist

• Answer calls in the Switchboard and Reception.
• Cover in both areas.
• Carry out Admin tasks as required
• Direct incoming calls to correct destination
• Use Teams to communicate with staff

• Knowledge of switchboard systems
