I have hands-on experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing retail environments, including my role at Deichmann where I supported customers, handled transactions, and maintained store presentation. I’ve also gained valuable insight into facility operations during my placement with Thurrock Council, where I worked across different departments such as the mailroom, security, and general maintenance. This broadened my understanding of workplace structure, time management, and teamwork. My roles have helped me build strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and teams.
