I’m a motivated and dependable individual with a strong background in customer service, events, and front-of-house roles. Currently in my second season as a Crowd Steward at Liverpool FC, I’ve worked high-pressure matchdays and concerts, earning a nomination for Newcomer of the Year for my dedication. I’ve also completed Level 2 Spectator Safety and First Aid at Work training, which ensures I can respond calmly and effectively in dynamic environments.
In my previous role as a Recreation Assistant at EduLettings, I was awarded Employee of the Month across the UK region, reflecting my reliability, initiative, and ability to create a welcoming experience for guests.
