Working in fast-paced environments has strengthened my ability to think on my feet, stay organised, and prioritise tasks without compromising on the quality of care or customer service. As a home support worker, I’ve developed strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, supporting individuals with compassion, patience, and professionalism. In retail, I’ve handled busy shifts, managed customer needs quickly and efficiently, and worked closely with teammates to keep things running smoothly. I’m also known for being approachable and easy to talk to, which helps build trust whether I’m supporting clients, helping customers, or working with colleagues.
