Hi, I’m Alina Khan Aziz. I’m passionate about helping others and always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can put my customer service, teamwork, and leadership skills to use. With experience in both hospitality and retail—including roles at Haweli Restaurant, JD Sports, and currently Footasylum—I’ve built a solid foundation in handling customer needs, adapting quickly, and working collaboratively with different teams.
I'm currently studying Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Roehampton, and I balance my studies with full-time work, consistently staying organized and driven. I’m known for being reliable, a quick learner, and someone who brings positive energy to any team.
My ultimate goal is to grow into a leadership position, such as a Supervisor or Store Manager. I enjoy guiding and motivating teams, solving problems under pressure, and making sure customers walk away happy. I’m working on sharpening my decision-making and organizational skills and plan to pursue further training to help me reach that goal.
