My name is Amina, I’m 21. I’ve been working at Burger King for three years as a crew member getting the opportunity to expand my experiences further and develop new skills every day. One thing I really enjoy about my role in a working environment is to be able to meet customers needs and provide them with satisfaction in customer service. I’m quite a caring and supportive person which shows through my role at work meaning I’m very passionate and give my 100% in everything I do. If I’m struggling I always make sure I ask to get it right and learn how something is supposed to be done so the next time I’m in doubt I know. I’ve been able to adapt to a variety of situations and scenarios when it comes to customers meaning I’m prepared and a problem solver in a professional manner,during my experience as a crew member I’ve always been a multitasker and have been entrusted with big decisions such as taken responsibility as training staff and helping them be informed and prepared for the new role they’ll play apart of in the workplace. Another interesting fact about me is that I’m determined to go above and beyond. I’m always on standby mode, so if you’re looking for someone to can come in for additional support and cover someone’s shift or come in when understaffed I’m happy to be on shift making sure the teams is stronger I’m always there and prepared to help save a chaotic shift ! I’m also curious and want to learn more about my job and use my initiative to help other coworkers if needed or just to support the load they may have.
