I am a friendly, enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. I enjoy working in fast paced environments and seeing new people everyday. I take pride in being approachable, helpful and making sure every guest feels comfortable. I have experience working in a fast food takeaway where I developed strong communication skills, learned to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard for customer satisfaction. During my time at Argos, I gained valuable experience in a busy retail environment, where providing excellent customer service was always a top priority. I worked both on the shop floor and behind the scenes, helping customers with their orders, managing stock, and ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently.I further developed my strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with customer queries, returns, and complaints in a calm and professional manner. I also became confident in using in-store systems, processing payments, and staying organised during busy periods, such as Christmas and sales events. I am also very dependable when it comes to punctuality and following procedures, and I’m always happy to jump in and help my teammates when needed
