I am an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast paced, team environment. I have four years of experience in customer service at the Halston and Penny Blue restaurant in Carlisle, where I have taken on a variety of roles both on the floor and behind the bar, often for events such as weddings and funerals. This role has taught me how to communicate to employees and customers, stay calm under pressure and deliver high standards in a demanding environment. I always aim to provide customers with a warm, friendly experience and enjoy roles where I can connect with people and brighten their day.
