About
My name is Aron Thurston Rasmussen, and I am currently studying Business Management and Economics at Nottingham Trent University. I am passionate about the intersection of emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, and how they can drive ethical innovation and strategic change in businesses.
Throughout my academic journey and professional experiences, I have developed a range of professional and transferable skills, including:
Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: I’ve honed my ability to analyze and evaluate business technologies and strategies, particularly through my experience with the Mindless Academy Generative AI internship.
Communication Skills: I’ve written professional content and participated in discussions on ethical business practices, helping me effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Digital Literacy: I’ve gained proficiency in using AI tools and online platforms, enhancing my technical skills in an increasingly digital business landscape.
Time Management and Organisation: Balancing my internship and university coursework has strengthened my ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Adaptability and Self-Motivation: My remote work experience has allowed me to become more independent, flexible, and proactive in managing my learning and tasks.
Looking ahead, I aspire to pursue a career in business consultancy or strategic management, with a focus on ethical decision-making and technology integration. I am committed to further developing my leadership, project management, and decision-making skills, in line with the CMI Professional Competency Framework, to make a meaningful impact in the business world.
