I have over 3 years of experience in retail, where I have consistently demonstrated the ability to assist customers with enthusiasm, maintain a well-organized store, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. At my previous position at Specsavers, I was responsible for stocking shelves, assisting customers with product inquiries, and operating the point-of-sale system, all while ensuring that the store remained clean and welcoming.
I understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for customers and thrive in fast-paced settings where teamwork and multitasking are essential. I am also comfortable with maintaining inventory, organising displays, and ensuring that store policies are followed to provide an efficient and pleasant experience for both customers and staff.
