I’m a highly motivated and adaptable university student currently studying Robotics, Mechatronics, and Control Engineering at Loughborough University, on track for a First Class degree. Alongside my studies, I bring over three years of hands-on experience in customer-facing roles across hospitality, childcare, and events. Through these roles, I’ve developed strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
I’m confident working in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life. I’m particularly skilled in conflict resolution, sales and upselling, and organisational tasks, always aiming to create a welcoming and positive experience for customers. My technical background also means I’m comfortable using IT tools like Excel and spreadsheets to support operational tasks.
I’m now looking for a part-time or casual role where I can continue to build on these skills while contributing to a team-driven, customer-focused environment.
