I have 10 years experience working in care and 2 years customer service experience. I believe many of knowledge and skills i have developed throught my care career are transerable to this role (communication, health and safety, manual handling, first aid, safeguarding, team leading, and many more). I have several level 2 certificste , understanding mentel health, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour (this may be beneficial when dealing with challenging customers).
I have certificates in employability skills, retail knowledge, and customer service all at level 1. I do have experience working in a restuarant and bar.
