I enjoy customer service which I consider is a skill, an art in itself. Sometimes, one has to take on angry and/or dissatisfied customers and a knack is learnt to calm them down without being aggressive. Diplomacy is the key.
When I managed Sketchleys in Rustington & deputised at Johnson's Cleaners in Goring by Sea, I was responsible for cashing up and placed
the money in the vault each day.

About

I have always worked with the media. I was a taxi driver in St Lucia which involved communicating with the passengers, showing tourists around the island and explaining the history of specific places.
Working in a laundry outlet in St Lucia plus Rustington & Goring by Sea where liaising with customers was a large part of the business.
I enjoy interacting with staff members and customers. I like to be part of a team and also happy working on my own.
