The skills I have developed from my professional, extracurricular, super-curricular and academic experiences have
prepared me to take on the challenges at Kurt Geiger as well as an opportunity to further grow and improve as an
individual. Overall, I am confident that my drive to learn and communication skills will help me succeed at Kurt Geiger while also driving value for my team, where teamwork, adaptability and decision-making are key components of success in making meaningful changes for the better.
I would say I ensured consistent communication during my previous commitment as a Young Leader for the DofE until I was sure everyone was on the same page when discussing ideas for projects. So, my oral and written communication skills are highly developed.
From presentation to confirmation to follow up, every stage of communication is as valuable as the next, I would try to
emphasise this on the Kurt Geiger team to maintain a great learning and working environment and the high standards Kurt Geiger expect as well as pursuing excellence at all times.

I have always wanted to have a public role within an organisation of this level, to showcase the skills and values I possess by making a difference as a team for the better.
I believe that by playing a leading role in a customer service role at Kurt Geiger and representing the Kurt Geiger during working hours and outside of it, I can showcase my communication, partnership and dedication and always pursue excellence and the highest standards for Kurt Geiger.
I have already had the responsibility of being head prefect for my school, where I pursue excellence and the highest standards for the school through volunteering and events held and maintain effective communication and collaboration with my prefect team, staff and students school-wide. Working at Kurt Geiger is an incredible opportunity and I knew it will suit me right away.
