I am a healthcare professional with experience in organisational development and transformation, having worked at the acute, system, and regional levels. Since 2016, I have gained significant experience as a clinical senior leader, leading large teams and managing accounts, while navigating various organisational changes. Additionally, as a freelance OD consultant and ILM-qualified professional, I have developed valuable knowledge and skills across diverse settings.
