Skills
Having had previous customer service roles, I feel I would fall into the role with relative ease. I have dealt with a plethora of customer issues over these couple of years. I also had to take direct debit payments, am trained in DPA and I am generally competent with almost all tasks I have been set.
About
I would describe myself as friendly, easy to talk to and considerate. I am not an easy person to make angry and will always try to resolve things peacefully when possible. I hate to make anyone feel bad about themselves or anything else, i’m always trying to be as understanding as I can be.
