I am very confident in customer service, providing the public with a good experience and helping them find the products and answers they want, if possible. I also have experience with being on tills and cash handling. I like to think I am adaptable and quick to take on direction and fulfil tasks when they arise, moreover using my initiative to see when something needs doing.

I am a positive person who works well in a team and enjoys customer facing roles. I am confident in communicating with staff and customers, happy to take on any role and responsibility to ensure a smooth running of the day. I have years of experience working in similar roles; both within small businesses where I was one of two people working and had sole responsibility of handling the cash and opening and closing each day, and in a larger business working in a larger team having to coordinate how to best serve the customers and keep the shop looking clean and tidy. I am currently in a small establishment and so am looking to move into a bigger store.
