I’m a friendly, reliable, and hardworking person with strong experience in customer-facing roles, always wanting to put a smile on someone’s face for the day. I have volunteered at the British Heart Foundation as a customer assistant, where I helped with organising stock, serving customers, and working as part of a team. I also volunteered helping elderly people clean their homes, which strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to support others with care and respect.
I completed part-time work experience as a waitress in a busy Italian restaurant, where I made hot and cold drinks, served meals, and interacted with a wide range of customers in a fast-paced setting. This helped me develop confidence, multitasking skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I enjoy working with people, creating a positive atmosphere, and making sure every customer has a great experience.
