I have a strong background in customer service, childcare, and volunteering, demonstrating adaptability, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills. Through roles in hospitality—such as working front of house at The Nags Head and in a busy outdoor café—I’ve gained confidence, till experience, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. My nannying roles, both part-time and short-term, have developed my independence and sense of responsibility. Volunteering with MIND and Guide Dogs has strengthened my customer service and organisational skills, while also showcasing my commitment to community engagement. Additionally, my involvement in projects such as the Kelsall Wellbeing Hub and office-based work experience at Hunters North has enhanced my research abilities and given me valuable insight into professional workplace environments
