I am a hardworking and motivated individual with experience in both customer service and teamwork roles. I currently do work experience at a car dealership, where I deal directly with customers, helping them with their enquiries, providing support, and making sure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Through this role, I have developed strong communication skills, confidence when speaking to a range of people, and the ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment. Previously, I also worked as a pot washer in a busy kitchen, where teamwork was essential to keep everything running smoothly. This experience taught me how important it is to work quickly, stay organised under pressure, and always support my teammates to achieve a common goal. I am reliable, willing to learn, and always bring a positive attitude to the workplace. These experiences have helped me build a strong foundation of skills, including customer service, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving, and I am excited to bring these qualities to a new role. I am eager to continue developing my skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to a positive, hardworking team environment.
