I have three years of experience volunteering in a charity shop, where I gained valuable skills in customer service, handling stock, and working as part of a team. I also worked as a waitress, which helped me develop strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a solid work ethic. I really enjoy helping people and working in fast-paced environments, so I’m excited about the opportunity to bring that experience to a retail role.
