I have worked in a large range of different jobs which has given me a well rounded set of skills and experience. Previous jobs I have held which would aid me in this job include: Customer service assistant at the Odeon; Customer service assistant at Marks & Spencer; Customer service assistant at Game. These gave me essential skills in providing excellent customer care to ensure that all customers have a positive experience when shopping, and how to diffuse any tense situations from unhappy customers. On top of this I learnt how best to drive sales, how to use tills, and keeping a shop clean and tidy with up to date stock. These are just a few relevant examples of the experience I have which would benefit me in this role, and I would love to be able to work in a shop dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences.
