Throughout my career, I have consistently been the first point of contact for users and colleagues, stakehlders by demonstrating a calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure. My qualifications—CompTIA A+, MTA, and a Level 3 Diploma in IT—complement a solid foundation of hands-on knowledge in systems support, incident management, and customer service and team leading.
In my current/most recent role, I have taken on responsibilities beyond technical support, including team coordination, auditing, and project management. I’ve built professional relationships across all business levels and third-party vendors, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with SLAs. My ability to prioritise, delegate effectively, and maintain high standards has prepared me to thrive in a managerial capacity.
