To whom it may concern,
I think that with my years of experience in varied physical and customer service sectors would make me an ideal candidate for this position, Firstly, I am currently working as a handyman doing day jobs as and when they come up, I have a flexible schedule, good on my feet, am physically fit and strong and am used to manual labour doing anything from construction to landscaping. That is also whilst setting up my own furniture/home-ware business where I build anything from tabletops to light fittings using reclaimed materials and driftwood I collect from beaches.
I have years of experience within organisational/administrative roles too; I am organised, direct and like to keep on top of things.
Expanding on that, within these previous positions juggling many different aspects to the job such as customer service, stock refill, cash handling as required and knowing how to prioritise them was something I always excelled in as a practical, direct and hardworking all rounder.
Secondly, exercise and fitness are one of my main passions so I think I would be suited to this role with lifting properly etc, Ideally, I am looking for a part time position to work around other pursuits and freelance work but would be available for extra shifts as and when.
