I’m confident dealing with customers, solving problems on the spot, and keeping things running smoothly even when it gets busy. I’ve learned how to manage my time well, pay attention to the little details, and stay flexible no matter what the day throws at me. On top of that, I’ve got a good work ethic and always bring a reliable, can-do attitude to any team I’m part of.

I’ve worked in a mix of retail and hospitality roles where I’ve picked up solid customer service skills, sales experience, and the ability to stay calm and organised in busy environments. Whether it was helping customers find the right item at the LFC Store or making sure guests had a great time at TGI Fridays, I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and making sure they leave happy. I’m a fast learner, a team player, and I bring a positive attitude to everything I do—ready to jump in and get things done.
