Working as a Front of House team member in a children’s play area really brought out the best in me. I enjoy being in a lively environment where I can interact with both kids and parents, making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. I take pride in my friendly approach and my ability to stay calm and organised, even during the busiest times. I’ve become alot more confident in handling a range of tasks whether it’s greeting families, answering questions, keeping the space safe and clean, or jumping in to support my team. The role helped me grow in confidence, improve my communication skills, and taught me how rewarding it is to create a positive experience for others.
