My names Kamarley , I am writing regarding the Customer Service roles in your company, and I would like to apply for the role, improve your services and progress in the industry.
As you can see from my CV, I have gained experience in a customer service
environment working for Bryta Homes Estate Agent. This experience has allowed me
to deal with a variety of situations in an appropriate & effective manner possible.
Furthermore, they provided me with an invaluable insight into some type of
customer service and for us to help & solve our clients housing issues form our
service. However, I believe that these lend themselves to me working in the
customer service department.
I have an awareness of the issues relating to working in a customer service
environment and I’m conscious of the health and safety requirements of the role as
well as having a real commitment to equal opportunities. I believe that I would be to
make a significant contribution to your company.
I consider myself to be a friendly individual, who is patient and calm under pressure. I
am a very ambitious, proud and committed individual. Looking to progress and
develop myself further taking advantage of any learning opportunities along the
way as I progress.
