I am a motivated and customer-focused individual currently pursuing an MSc in Sports and Exercise Science and Medicine at the University of Glasgow. I have previous experience working as a customer assistant at Marks and Spencer, where I gained valuable skills in customer service, till operations, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation.
