I am an organised, dedicated individual who is looking for a place of work which will bring me the best possible opportunity to develop my customer service skills. I am currently studying a college course which has given me a sufficient amount of experience in communication, understanding of products and confidence in customer service through my interactions with clients. I have substantial relationship building skills which will assist me through my time as a customer service job with duties such as influencing, resolving customer issues and accommodating to a range of individual needs.
