I previously worked in Boots Middlesbrough which I immensely enjoyed, I gained valuable experience with customer service, handling products and working as part of a team. I also have initiative and am happy to work independently. I really enjoy helping customers and would look forward to working for The Works as I have shopped in there since I was little and has always been my first option to go for buying new books. I also have experience in hospitality which was customer focused. Finally, I’m friendly, positive and flexible.
