I have always worked within the customer service industry. Most recently I was working for a high end luxury retail brand. My daily role included advising customers on our latest products and assisting with online orders. I worked across all areas of the store to advise on sales from fragrance, clothing and homewares including bedding and furnishings.

I have many years customer service experience. I have worked mainly in the travel industry and spent last summer living and working in Italy for a Tour operator. I returned to the UK at the end of the season and have been temping and working in retail.
