I’m great at talking to customers, whether it’s helping them find what they’re after, sorting out returns, or handling complaints calmly and professionally. I’m used to working as part of a team to hit sales targets, keeping the store tidy and organised, and staying focused even during busy periods. I’m reliable, quick to pick things up, and always ready to jump in and help where it’s needed.

I'm a hardworking and creative student currently studying Fashion Photography, with a strong background in art and design. I've built up solid experience working in retail at JD Sports and Footasylum, where I learned how to work well under pressure, manage my time, and communicate clearly with both customers and team members. I'm confident using tills, handling stock, and helping customers find what they need, all while keeping things running smoothly. I'm someone who enjoys learning new things, staying organised, and working as part of a team and I'm always ready to take on a new challenge.
