I’ve worked at TK Maxx for the past 11 years, where I developed strong customer service skills, worked in a fast-paced environment, and became confident handling a variety of tasks like stock management, till operations, and helping customers on the shop floor. I take pride in being friendly, reliable, and a real team player.
After over a decade in retail, I’m now looking for a new challenge in a customer-focused environment like Costa, where I can continue delivering great service while learning new skills in hospitality.
