.Extensive product knowledge (especially in regard to clothing and shoes, this was put into practice in my previous role at Garms Retail LTD)

.Leadership and team working, one of my key attributes has been developed through my roles in the live events industry. Especially within my own productions as well as team working with companies such as Shambala Festival, DHP Splendour Festival and charity events I have produced such as my work shop events in partnership with Base 51 Nottingham.

.Confident and approachable, linking to my customer service skills while working on sales targets at Garms retail LTD I have the ability to approach customers assisting them with there purchasing needs, in order to generate sales for the company.

Communication, relating back to team working I utilise my communication skills to ensure that my working environment are all aware of any instructions or ideas I should have, as well as having excellent communication skills my listening and understanding of the retail industry allows me to fill into any roles I should have to fill, I am able to adapt to any situation and thrive under pressure. This has been tested especially within my events business, situations such as artists dropping out of events last minute and having to work on alternatives using structured contingencies set up in organisation processes.

Time management and availability, being a team player who is willing to fill in when other employees may not be able to and stepping into roles above or below my position. Moving from supervisor to managerial positions in previous roles which I have been trusted to do through my attentive and experienced character.

About

I am a highly energetic individual who brings the up most enthusiasm to working roles, in my last position at Garms retail LTD I was the store supervisor for 2 years, a trusted key holder who also filled in with the management position when required. With 5+ years of retail experience my customer service skills have grown significantly and are one of my many strengths as an employee.

I have the ability to adapt to any working environment utilising my team leadership skills to bring together work forces, as well as learning quickly to be an essential asset to any team. I am also an event managements student which is my career profession and one of my many passions, I have worked with countless charities in my local area putting on workshop events and fundraisers to support the community I am apart of, in addition I am the lead events manager of my own live music event brand, of which I regularly host events in the aim of supporting the grassroots music culture.

I have also been a key member of staff on many events and festival sites, within this industry you often find yourself working in tough conditions with even tougher situations. These situations have made my decision making, time management and team working skills an integral component in my professional development, because of this my confidence to adapt in difficult circumstances is something I thrive off and can apply to the team I am working in.

In my free time I love to explore the out doors, as an avid hiker and top rope climber I cherish the experiences I have had adventuring the UK landscape, further more as a highly creative individual I express myself through passions in music and fashion. Showcasing my identity through these mediums has lead to extensive fashion and clothing products knowledge, which was frequently put into practice at previous role with Garms retail LTD.

Furthermore I have just returned home from 2 months travelling around South East Asia, this rich and vibrant experience is something that I will never forget learning about different cultures and living life in other peoples shoes, all while doing a lot of climbing and hiking. Off the back of this trip I am eager to get back into a working routine and am excited for what the future holds.
