I am 17 years old and I currently study beauty at college and it is my second and final year, during my course I have to have clients to do treatments on to help me pass my course which requires Customer Service Skills. Also alongside my course I have to do work experience in a salon which includes me checking clients in, offering and making their drinks, dealing with their payments at the end of their treatments and also shadowing over senior members and also practicing and perfecting my skills. I used to work at Miss Swagga an online fashion company in which I packed orders and replied to any emails and enquiries on any of the social media platforms.
