About
I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in sports, especially football, and a growing background in customer-facing roles. I’m currently studying A Levels in Maths, Economics, and History, and I’ve also developed practical skills through both retail and coaching experience.
I currently work as a Retail Assistant at the British Heart Foundation, where I provide excellent customer service, help manage stock, and ensure the shop floor stays organised. This role has taught me how to communicate clearly, work well with others, and stay professional under pressure.
Before that, I spent several years as an Assistant Coach at Calthorpe F.C., supporting young players and helping build a positive, team-focused environment — which really strengthened my leadership and teamwork skills.
I'm confident, reliable, and motivated to do well in everything I take on. I believe I’d bring strong customer service, energy, and a team mindset to a role at JD, especially in a fast-paced and sports-focused retail setting.
