I am a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for customer service and retail. One of my key interests is debating, which I find intellectually stimulating and essential for enhancing my communication skills. My dedication to this passion culminated in winning the Regional Finals of the CROWN OFFICE & PROCURATOR FISCAL SERVICE (COPFS) Public Speaking Competition. This experience taught me the importance of articulating thoughts clearly and confidently, skills that I believe will translate well to engaging with customers at JD.

In addition, I have pursued academic growth by completing a certificate in Introduction to Psychology, an online course authorized by Yale University through Coursera. This coursework has deepened my understanding of psychological concepts and principles, which are particularly relevant in a retail environment where comprehending customer behavior and team dynamics is crucial.

My hobbies include going to the gym, playing football, and cooking. Regular workouts have instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and dedication. Playing football has enhanced my ability to work as part of a team, requiring collaboration and communication to achieve common goals. Cooking serves as a creative outlet and an opportunity for experimentation, reflecting my desire to continually improve and try new things.

Moreover, I am proud to share that I have been consistently learning a new language on Duolingo for over 300 days. This commitment demonstrates my resilience and determination to enhance my personal and professional skills. Language skills can be particularly beneficial in a diverse environment like JD, where effective communication with individuals from various backgrounds is essential.
