I am well versed in customer service in my previous employment, this employment also gave me experience in ensuring satisfaction, cleanliness and the following of procedure. I am also experienced in being able to interact with people due to my musical hobbies, in which I have frequently played in front of large audiences- something which requires arranging and organisational skills. I am also proficient with most IT programmes.

I am a hard working, eager to learn and passionate individual. I have had experience in interacting with customers and people during my previous employment as an events assistant, in which I had to ensure safety and customer satisfaction. I study history at degree level and enjoy playing the guitar/bass, and I am entirely self-taught.
