Hello, my name is Olivia, I’m 17, turning 18 soon, and currently studying Travel and Tourism, which includes a cabin crew course. I have a qualification in Childcare and hands-on experience working in a nursery. I also completed work experience with Hays Travel, giving me insight into the travel industry. Alongside my studies, I’ve worked as a waitress, where I developed strong customer service skills and learned to work well under pressure. I’m highly organised, a fast learner, and very motivated to build my career. I’m excited to find a role where I can continue developing my skills and contribute positively to a team.
