Skills
I would be a good candidate for this role because I am self-motivated and thrive on picking up cues
from others, dealing tactfully with difficult people and situations building a rapport to win solutions.
This had to be concise as both Labour Party and Trade Union Organiser using my common sense
approach, consideration, personality with self-control and maturity. I would work tirelessly to
achieve the aims and goals connecting and working well with others. I have the skills energy and
passion that comes from an enthusiastic motivation for work and the willingness to learn.
My experiences and research into the world of work has given rise to understanding more about the
importance of professional relationships. I am consciously aware of my continuous professional
development and belief in the potential of people, incorporating a work, life, balance. For example
careful pace of pitch, speech and body language is maintained. I will continue to remember these
skills and procedures when communicating with the wider collective. Consequently raising concerns
and issues put forward by everyone sharing good practice encouraging a better working
environment as this role requires; placing customer satisfaction and care at the heart of communication.
