I am a passionate, skilled and hardworking employee who loves to provide the best customer service. I started working at 16 at McDonalds as a Crew Member, building up the relevant experience needed to then apply for a Waitress role at Pho in New Street Station. At this job, I faced all different kinds of challenges, from fast-paced stressfull situations, to building upon my previous experiences in working with tills and handling cash, as well as completing any tasks to the highest of standards. Alongside my employment, I have always been a full time student. Last September, I began my studies at Birmingham City University in English - something that I am very passionate about.
