I work well in a team, supporting colleagues and building positive relationships, and I’m also confident working independently. I adapt quickly to new tasks or changes, and I stay calm under pressure. I’m passionate about learning and always open to feedback, which helps me grow and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment like M&S.
