I’m a Tourism Management graduate with several years of experience in customer-facing roles, including work as a retail team leader. My background includes leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment where I was responsible for assisting customers, training staff, handling transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. I also have experience in hospitality and entertainment, having worked as a singer and waitress internationally, which helped me develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
