I am currently a retail assistant at an Orthopedic shoe shop in London - i have also worked in charity shops and customer service based roles - i am well experienced with customer service and enjoy working in team settings. I know how to deal with difficult situations and tricky customers. I would now like to experience a different job role in which i can put my skills to use.
