I am an enthusiastic employee who is willing to try my hand at anything. I thrive when tasked with new challenges, I love to problem solve and use my experience from 10 years in hospitality to ensure targets are met in an efficient manor, but always with the customer at the heart of my decision making process.
I thoroughly enjoy being active bothnin and outside of work, although I understand the importance of process and ensuring my paper work is complete to the highest standard, there is nothing more I enjoy than interacting with a broad range of customers and scenarios during busy service periods. I also enjoy hikes and fitness when I am not in work, I am a huge believer in the importance of looking after both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Finally, I really enjoy working within a team environment, learning anythung and everything from colleagues both at my level abd above to continue my development both personally and professionally, I beleive there is always space to grow your skill set and even add new skills during any job role, I am always looking to development my current management style.
