About
I recently completed work experience at a senior care home, where I helped serve meals, cleaned dining areas, and spent time talking with residents. This experience taught me how important it is to be patient, kind, and respectful in every situation. I also learned how to stay organised, follow hygiene standards, and work as part of a team to keep everything running smoothly.
I also did a short placement at a local community centre, helping set up events and support staff with day-to-day tasks. That role showed me how to stay flexible, take initiative, and communicate well with different people.
Both experiences made me more confident, responsible, and motivated to find work where I can keep learning and make a real contribution. I’m reliable, always willing to help, and ready to put in the effort to do a great job.
