I have experience working in customer service since 2018, starting as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel in Thailand. I learned how to communicate well with guests, solve problems, and provide excellent service. At the end of 2024, I moved to the UK and began working at a Thai restaurant, where I continued to improve my customer service skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
I am good at staying positive, working under pressure, and helping customers have a great experience. I am also skilled at handling customer questions, making reservations, and working well with a team. Now, I am looking for a new opportunity in fashion retail to learn more and grow in my career.
